First, prepare vinaigrette: In small bowl, mix olive oil, shallots, garlic, mustard, red wine vinegar and basil. Dash with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, toss leaves of bibb lettuce with vinaigrette. Arrange equal amounts of lettuce on 4 plates. In same mixing bowl, toss turkey breast, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, eggs and olives with remaining vinaigrette. Place this portion of salad on top of dressed leaves of bibb lettuce.
