Broiled Vegetable Focaccia

(6-inch) prepared Italian pizza crusts (4 ounces each)
Honey Dijon Mustard
tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
yellow squash, coarsely chopped
zucchini, coarsely chopped
cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat broiler. Place crusts in broiler pan. Heat 1 minute or until toasted. Transfer to work surface. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and basil. Spread evenly on top of crusts.
Toss vegetables with
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Place on broiling pan. Broil 6 inches from heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and slightly charred, turning once.
Arrange vegetables on top of prepared crusts. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat under broiler 1 minute or until cheese turns golden.
