Refried Bean and Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients

(16-ounce) can refried beans
|
|
1
|
tablespoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
|
|
8
|
(8-inch) flour tortillas
|
|
1
|
large red bell pepper, finely chopped
|
|
1/4
|
cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
|
|
2
|
cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine refried beans and TABASCO® Sauce in medium bowl; mix well. Spread 3 tablespoons mixture on each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge; sprinkle with red bell pepper, cilantro and cheese. Place tortillas on 2 large cookie sheets.

Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of tortillas are golden. To serve, cut tortillas into wedges.
