Cherry-Peach Pops
Makes 7 servings
Ingredients
1/3 cup peach or apricot nectar
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1 can (15 ounces) sliced peaches in light syrup, drained
1 carton (6 or 8 ounces) fat-free, sugar-free peach or cherry yogurt
1 carton (6 or 8 ounces) fat-free, sugar-free cherry yogurt
   
1. Combine nectar and unflavored gelatin in small saucepan; let stand 5 minutes. Heat and stir over low heat just until gelatin dissolves.
2. Combine nectar mixture, drained peaches and yogurts in food processor. Cover and process until smooth.
3. Pour into 7 (3-ounce) paper cups, filling each about two-thirds full. Place in freezer; freeze 1 hour. Insert wooden stick into center of each cup. Freeze at least 3 more hours.
4. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Tear away paper cups to serve.
